Mr. Luis Ott (1963) holds a Swiss degree in financial analysis and portfolio management; he is a Certified European Financial Analyst. Luis Ott has 20 years of experience in the investment business. He has a comprehensive background in banking acquired with the LGT Bank in Liechtenstein Aktiengesellschaft.

After completion of his training, he started his professional career as a trader with Banque Romande in Geneva. He later joined Deutsche Bank Capital Markets in London, where he traded derivative instruments in the rank of a senior manager. He then worked for Crédit Lyonnais Euro-Securities in London as a senior derivative instruments trader. Luis Ott was also a sales trader with Gerrard & National in London and later a sales trader in the rank of an Assistant Director with Roderick Sutherland & Partners in Edinburgh. In 1993, he joined Principal Vermögensverwaltung AG, where he is active as a senior portfolio manager.

Since IFM Independent Fund Management AG was incorporated in 1996, Luis Ott has been the managing director of the management company.

Mr. Alexander Wymann (1974) completed a bank apprenticeship with LGT Finanz AG, Vaduz, a subsidiary of LGT Bank in Liechtenstein AG. From 1993 to 1997, he worked for LGT Finanz AG as a specialist for leasing and special financing. Mr. Wymann gained profound insights into portfolio management and derivative financial instruments; he attended the “Modern Portfolio Management” course of the College of Technology and Eco­nomics in Chur and the curricula “Private Banking 1 – 4” at the University of Applied Sciences in Liechtenstein.

Since 1997, Mr. Wymann has been active as a fund administrator for IFM Independent Fund Management AG, specializing in the fields of fund administration, reporting, and controlling. Mr Wymann is responsible for the administration of various funds in the category „Investment Company For Other Securities With Increased Risk“ launched by IFM Independent Fund Management AG. Since May 2003, Alexander Wymann has served as deputy managing director of the company.

Mr. Michael Oehry (1974) trained as an apprentice with LGT Bank in Liechtenstein AG from 1991 to 1994. From 1994 to 1998, he worked for LGT Bank in Liechtenstein AG as a specialist in investment consulting and in the administrative management of the international representations of LGT. This included a four-month tour of duty at the Re­presentative Office in Hong Kong. Next, Mr. Oehry began to study business administration at the Uni­versity of Applied Sciences in Liechtenstein. Concurrently, he served in the private banking and asset management departments of Bank Wegelin (Liechtenstein) AG and swissfirst (Liechtenstein) AG. After earning his Bachelor of Business Ad­ministration (BBA), Mr. Oehry joined Ver­waltungs- und Privat-Bank AG where he was responsible for business relations with intermediary clients. In 2003, he took up studies at Hochschule Liechtenstein to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Simultaneously, he served as a specialist for funds with the Office for Financial Services which, as of January 1, 2005, was integrated into the newly established Liechtenstein Financial Market Au­thority (FMA).

After earning his MBA, Mr. Oehry spent one and a half years as a financial analyst with the FMA, where he acquired extensive knowledge of investment funds and the pertinent legal frameworks and fulfilled a variety of tasks in the domain of investment fund approval and supervision. In mid-2006, Mr. Oehry decided to take on a new challenge by joining IFM Inde­pendent Fund Management AG, where he is responsible for setting up Liechtenstein-based investment funds and the continuous services to the promoters of the funds.

In late 2006, he successfully concluded a training course for certi­fication as Fund Officer IAF. In May 2008, Michael Oehry was appointed to the Executive Board of IFM Independent Fund Management AG.
