Heimo Quaderer (1956) began his professional career in 1976 as an asset manager for various trust companies and investment firms in Paris, London, and Vaduz. He has been a partner, managing director, and board member of Principal Vermögensverwaltung AG, Vaduz, since 1989. Also, he is a founding member of the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Liechtenstein (VuVL) and was its vice president until 2008.

As a member of the investment committee, Heimo Quaderer is active for various family offices and institutional investors.

Simeon von Habsburg (1958) began his professional career in 1983 with Brown Brothers Harriman & Cie, private bankers, in New York. Two years later, he joined the Paris branch of BBH & Cie. as Deputy Manager for institutional investing. He has been a partner, managing director, and board member of Principal Vermögensverwaltung AG, Vaduz, since 1991.

Simeon von Habsburg has a degree in business administration from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.

Hugo Quaderer (1965) studied law at the University of St. Gallen for 3 years. Subsequently, he was employed by the community of Schaan as its municipal secretary and human resources manager. From 1997 until 2005, he held an executive position with the Office of Economic Affairs of the Liechtenstein National Administration. Concurrently, he launched his political career in 2001 as a member of the Liechtenstein Landtag, including one year as the speaker of the Patriotic Union's faction. From 2005 until March 2013, he was a member of the Liechtenstein government in charge of the departments of education, domestic policy, social affairs, sports, and environment.

Hugo Quaderer is an independent board member of IFM Independent Fund Management AG.
