Sustainable corporate governance
IFM Independent Fund Management AG (hereinafter: IFM) is committed to sustainable corporate management and thus to its social responsibility. As anchored in its mission statement, IFM pursues a long-term approach in dealing with customers, staff members, and stakeholders. The organization
To safeguard the separation of powers and mutual monitoring within the company, IFM has two separate leadership entities. The board of directors and the executive board are strictly separated.
Strategy responsibility
The responsibility for the sustainability strategy and for communication lies with the executive board.
Responsibilities / organizational implementation
To control the goal attainment of the sustainability topics of IFM, to rate or minimize opportunities and risks in the domain of sustainability and pursue the development of the sustainability strategy, the IFM executive board has appointed a senior executive as the person responsible for sustainability.
